Patching the OS

1. Log into your server via ssh through sit.
2. Upgrade all of the existing packages on your system.
3. After performing the upgrade, type the upgrade command again so that you have no further upgrades required. Do an ls of the folder /var/run to show that there is no reboot required. If there is any updates, apply them first. If the server needs to be rebooted, reboot the server! If the server claims that packages are no longer required and can be removed, remote them! Take a screenshot showing the upgrade command and the folder listing of /var/run once you have the server completed updated.
4. Add the CR2510 PPA as shown in class. The activity document also contains the required steps.
5. Install the package 'animalcrossing' and try running the command 'animalcrossing' to see the version number. This package may be updated sometime in the future say during an applied quiz.
